SebbieRun digital purchases (Diamond packs, VIP, and Season Pass tiers when offered) are generally final once delivered.
If a purchase failed to grant its contents, or you bought by mistake and have not used the granted Diamonds or entitlements, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund or re-grant where we can verify the issue.
Chargebacks for delivered content may result in loss of purchase entitlements on the account. Local consumer-law rights (including Thailand and your country of residence) still apply where they cannot be waived.
